Thank you for sharing your beautiful guest suite with the "four" of us. We got quite a workout on the trails of Pukaskwa, while viewing some stunning scenery!!!! While both Max and Eiris enjoyed the hiking, it was Max who took in the scenery, looking very impressed around Halfway Lake!!!

Bonita and Little-bird,
many thanks for providing us with a beautiful place, dee-licious food (we love Haloomicheese!), creative and original songs performed by a gorgeous voice and sweet company. our Katima-debrief was enhanced by all of the treats and enjoyed by all. We'll spread the word to all headed this way and wish you great successes and joy in both of your musical endeavors. y'all rock our socks.

We came here more or less accidentally -since we even didn't know that place exists -and only wanted to stay one night. But as it is magic here at Pic River, we decided to spend a second night. And even though it just a lazy day, we have probably seen more animals than when visiting a National Park. -From squirrels up to a bear. Oh, and regarding hospitality, there is nothing to add to the other comments. All the best!

we arrived into Pic River late in the day, 11month old baby squalling in the rear for the last 100km and found your little piece of heaven, and thanks to you, quickly made it our heaven. Here on the shores of a lake we all love so deeply, we were so happy to settle in. Vermont (our home state is also beautiful, but the shores of this astounding Lake are utterly breathtaking and magnificent. I dream of my return in the future. Pukaskwa Park (the very little that we hiked (3 trails) was gorgeous. So much to see! Anyway after 2 weeks of travel, its time to turn our steps homeward. We all wish you the best of life, love and happiness.

So Great to Meet You!

Hi Bonnie,

It was wonderful meeting you yesterday at the Women In Music Celebration in Thunder Bay. I really enjoyed learning all about your amazing suite and house concert series. It's a truly special thing you are doing. Your hospitality and generosity goes above and beyond.

Best wishes, and I hope to see you again in our travels. The next time we find ourselves touring across Canada, we'd love to stop by! Keep up the great music too!

Dear Bonnie and Binaeshee, First of all I would like to comment on the location of the Guest House. I find in my travels in each community there is always at least one hidden gem that is special in so many ways. well in Pic River you top all expectations with a wonderful surrounding , home and welcoming attitude. I think it's fantastic to have found Pic River Guest Suite. Next time through I hope there is room. As for the wonderful house concert, not being a music nut like some around here, I surprisingly found the concert amazing, I really liked the local community support and the environment that was created, warm, welcoming and supportive. Who knew Pic River (you guys) had so much to offer.
Lastly, the accommodations, perfect in size, comfortable and homey. you welcomed us into your home, for a paddle and for a meal with amazing comfort. Thanks for creating an experience to remember, you are both beautiful people, with a refreshing viewpoint and outlook on life. Hope to see you again. Thanks so much.

Dear Bonnie and Binashee,

Thank you for extending your hospitality and opening your beautiful space to us. We had been travelling for a while, and were really at the end of our rope by the time we finally found ourselves in front of your door by 9:00 PM last Tuesday night. We were incredibly grateful, that by sheer chance, we found the best place to stay within at least 100 miles. Your guest suite is an absolute gem, full of soothing and inviting colors, and lots of local art. Your location beside the Pic River is lovely, and we are thankful to have had such a wonderful experience in your beautiful part of the world. As it is, we came home with many beautiful pictures from Neys Park and Pukaskawa.

Best of luck to you in your musical endevours. Please know that Vermont (where we live) is also an incredibly beautiful, mountainous, and pastoral state full of caring, nurturing, and wonderful people who joyfully blend and merge the distinctions between life, work, and art. Organic farms, excellent local restaurants, and lots of art and music are found everywhere here. Given your interest in art and music, if you have never visited Vermont, I hope you will consider it sometime, and please give us a call when you do.

Lots of love from all of us -

Tim, Raven, Camille and Garrett

We can honestly say that our stay here has been the highlight of our tour. You have a wonderful haven here in Pic River and You're doing a very unique and great thing by giving musicians a place to share their art with different people. And that is what making music is all about. Thank you sooo much for your hospitality.
Love Mother Mother.

Enjoyed the tranquility and Peacefulness of the Pic River.
Your Suite was a great place to spend a quiet evening sitting on the deck watching the seagulls and geese fly overhead. Glad we found you.
Thanks,
